If you've been looking for the perfect cannabis-infused holiday cookie, look no further. These are sugar cookies with a delicious Canadian twist. This recipe makes 6 sugar cookies with about 3.3 grams of THC per cookie.
Did you know that you can buy THC-infused maple syrup? There are a lot breakfast and dessert options when it comes to infused maple syrup, but these maple holiday cookies are our favourite.
You will need three ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (113 g) unsalted butter softened to room temperature
- Two bottles of Bogart’s Kitchen THC-infused Maple Syrup (available from the OCS) OR to make a family friendly version of these cookies, you can use 80ml of regular Grade A maple syrup
- 1 cup (124 g) all purpose flour
Instructions:
Once the cookies cool, you can decorate them with icing or enjoy them as they are!
- Preheat your oven to 325°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, add your softened butter and maple syrup. You can mix this with a fork, or use an electric mixer.
- Add in the flour. Continue mixing with a fork or use an electric mixer at a low speed.
- Use your hands to roll the dough into a ball, one-by-one, until you have six.
- Use the palm of your hand to flatten the dough balls.
- Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Once the cookies cool, you can decorate them with icing or enjoy them as they are!
