You will need three ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup (113 g) unsalted butter softened to room temperature
  • Two bottles of Bogart’s Kitchen THC-infused Maple Syrup (available from the OCS) OR to make a family friendly version of these cookies, you can use 80ml of regular Grade A maple syrup
  • 1 cup (124 g) all purpose flour
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add your softened butter and maple syrup. You can mix this with a fork, or use an electric mixer.
  3. Add in the flour. Continue mixing with a fork or use an electric mixer at a low speed.
  4. Use your hands to roll the dough into a ball, one-by-one, until you have six.
  5. Use the palm of your hand to flatten the dough balls.
  6. Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Once the cookies cool, you can decorate them with icing or enjoy them as they are!
