This Policy applies as between you, the User of this Web Site and JDAILY Inc., the owner and provider of this Web Site. This Policy applies to our use of any and all Data collected by us in relation to your use of the Web Site and any Services or Systems therein.

This privacy policy describes the personal information practices of JDAILY Inc., JADEO, www.learnwithjadeo.com and other websites and applications owned and operated by JDAILY Inc (“we” “us” “JDAILY”). First and foremost, JDAILY Inc, is a Canadian-based company, governed by Canadian law, that creates products, services, and experiences, for those who are 18 years of age or older. We here at JDAILY care deeply about your privacy and we want to ensure you know exactly what information we gather and why we need it. There may be other policies that apply to certain services that we provide, or we may link to third parties who may have their own policies. Please read these when you register or subscribe to these services, or visit a third party website or application. JDAILY is always working to offer new products and services to users and may from time to time need to update this Privacy Policy. If there is any material change, JDAILY will notify users through messaging on the applicable websites and applications for a reasonable period of time. Please read this privacy policy carefully and check back periodically for updates. By providing your information, you agree to your personal information being processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.

2. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Policy the following terms shall have the following meanings:
"Account": means collectively the personal information, and credentials used by Users to access Material and / or any communications System on the Web Site;
"Content": means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this Web Site;
"Cookie": means a small text file placed on your computer by JADEO when you visit certain parts of this Web Site. This allows us to identify recurring visitors and to analyze their browsing habits within the Web Site.
"Data": means collectively all information that you submit to the Web Site. This includes, but is not limited to, Account details and information submitted using any of our Services or Systems;
"Service": means collectively any online facilities, tools, services or information that JADEO makes available through the Web Site either now or in the future;
"System": means any online communications infrastructure that JADEO makes available through the Web Site either now or in the future. This includes, but is not limited to, web-based email, message boards, live chat facilities and email links;
"User" / "Users": means any third party that accesses the Web Site and is not employed by JADEO and acting in the course of their employment; and
"Website": means the website that you are currently using (www.learnwithjadeo.com) and any sub-domains of this site unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

We collect some information which is not attributable to an identifiable individual. For example, when you visit one of our websites, the type of browser or operating system you are using, your network, our web pages you have visited, other web pages you have visited before and after visiting ours, type of device, general location information and other similar types of anonymous or de-identified information may be collected and used by us and third parties, including advertisers. We may also collect anonymous aggregate information that cannot be associated with a specific person, such as demographic statistics about JDAILY’s customers, number of visitors and average time spent on a website, or on specific pages you access or visit. 4. Collection of Personal Information

From time to time we may also ask you to provide your personal information, including when you visit one of our websites, submit an inquiry to us, place an order for our products or services, or engage with us for promotional purposes. Our collection of personal information is limited to that which is reasonable under the circumstances, and we only collect your personal information with your consent.   • A list of URLS starting with a referring site, your activity on this Web Site, and the site you exit to (automatically collected) and Cookie information; and
  • social media identifiers including both personal and non-personally identifying information you may provide by using social media sharing and log-in features. You can control what information you share through some social networking sites’ privacy settings.

5. Our Use of Data

We use personal information for the purposes stated or implied at the time of collection, including for the following purposes:
  • confirming your identity
  • responding to your inquiries
  • to meet the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to us
  • fulfilling orders for our products or services
  • sponsoring and administering contests
  • better understanding your preferences and to develop better products and services, and
  • marketing of our products and services to you, as well as those of our affiliates and third parties.
  • We may otherwise use your personal information where permissible by law, for example, to respond to an emergency, or in the course of an investigation into illegal behaviour.

5.1 Any personal Data you submit will be retained by JADEO for as long as you use the Services and Systems provided on the Web Site. Data that you may submit through any communications System that we may provide may be retained for a longer period of up to one year.
5.2 Unless we are obliged or permitted by law to do so, and subject to Clause 3, your Data will not be disclosed to third parties. This includes our affiliates and / or other companies within our group.
5.3 All personal Data is stored securely in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998. For more details on security, see Clause 8 below.
5.4 Any or all of the above Data may be required by us from time to time in order to provide you with the best possible service and experience when using our Web Site. Specifically, Data may be used by us for the following reasons:
  • 5.4.1 internal record keeping;
  • 5.4.2 improvement of our products / services;
  • 5.4.3 transmission by email of promotional materials that may be of interest to you;
  • 5.4.4 contact for market research purposes which may be done using email, telephone, fax or mail. Such information may be used to customize or update the Web Site.

6. Anti-Spam

Where applicable, we will seek your express consent to contact you, including by way of a commercial electronic message such as email or a text message. This consent is sought by JDaily Inc. and you can contact us at hello@jadeo.co or You can unsubscribe at any time from receiving commercial electronic messages by following the instructions in the message, for example by clicking “Unsubscribe”. Even if you have opted out of receiving marketing communications from us, please be aware that we may still contact you for other purposes. For example, we may contact you to provide communications you have consented to receive, regarding the products or services we provide to you, or if you contact us with an inquiry.

7. Transfers and Disclosures of Personal Information

We will not disclose personal information to any external organization without your consent unless we are required or permitted to do so by law, including in the event of a corporate amalgamation, reorganization, change of control or sale. JDAILY operates within a regulated environment, for those 18 years of age and older. We value your right to freedom of speech and privacy, but we do operate with a strong respect for the law and wellness of our community. Should JDAILY have evidence of an individual and/or group conducting illegal activities, participating in hate speech, intimidation, manipulation, harming oneself or others, we may release personal identifiable information to the respective authorities, where permitted by law. Your personal information may be stored, processed or otherwise used by us, our affiliates or our service providers, both inside and outside of Canada. Where our service provider is located outside of Canada, that country's courts, governments or law enforcement agencies could obtain disclosure of your information in accordance with that country's laws. Whenever we hire other organizations to provide support services, they will be required to conform to our privacy standards and to allow us to audit them for compliance.

8. Security and Retention

Data security is of great importance to JADEO and to protect your Data we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure Data collected online.

We take all reasonable steps to protect the security and confidentiality of your personal information. We protect the personal information within our custody or control with appropriate organizational, technological and physical safeguards. We store personal information in electronic and physical files that are secure, and our security measures include secure on- and off-site storage, restricted access to records and data processing equipment, password protocols, and encryption and security software. We conduct audits and monitor compliance with our privacy practices. We only retain personal information for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. When we no longer are required to retain the information, we will destroy, erase, or de-identify the information. Legal requirements, however, may require us to retain some or all of the personal information we hold for a period of time that is longer than that for which we might otherwise hold.

9. Cookies

We may use "cookie" technology to obtain non-personal information from visitors to our websites. Cookies are pieces of information stored on a user's computer by a website so preferences are remembered on future requests. Pixel tags (also known as web bugs, web beacons, clear/invisible/tracker GIFs) are signals sent from certain websites or e-mails used to pass certain information to servers to personalize our websites and to track your usage. We do not save personal information on cookies or through use of pixel tags without your permission. Rather, cookies and pixel tags are used to optimize the performance and functionality of our websites, and to personalize our websites for you and present you with content and offers specific to your interests. JADEO may, from time to time, employ the services of other parties for dealing with matters that may include, but are not limited to, search engine facilities, advertising and marketing. The providers of such services do not have access to certain personal Data provided by Users of this Web Site. Any Data used by such parties is used only to the extent required by them to perform the services that JADEO requests. Any use for other purposes is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, any Data that is processed by third parties must be processed within the terms of this Policy and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Our websites may contains links to other websites operated by third parties. Please note that this Privacy Policy applies only to the personal information that we collect or receive from third parties with your consent and we cannot be responsible for personal information that third parties may collect, store and use, including through their websites. You should always read the privacy policy of each website you visit carefully. In addition, when you provide to us information on a third party website or platform, the information may also be collected by the third party website and may be subject to their privacy policy.

11. Controlling Access to your Data

  • 11.1 Wherever you are required to submit Data, you will be given options to restrict our use of that Data. This may include the following:
  • 11.1.1 use of Data for direct marketing purposes; and
  • 11.1.2 sharing Data with third parties.

12. Your Right to Withhold Information

  • 12.1 You may access certain areas of the Web Site without providing any Data at all. However, to use all Services and Systems available on the Web Site you may be required to submit Account information or other Data.

13. Accessing your own Data

  • 13.1 You may access your Account at any time to view or amend the Data. You may need to modify or update your Data if your circumstances change. Additional Data as to your marketing preferences may also be stored and you may change this at any time.
  • 13.2 You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal Data on payment of a small fee.

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time as we add new products and services, as we improve our current offerings, and as technologies change. If we make a change to this Privacy Policy this will be reflected in the above Last Update date. We encourage you to check back periodically to see if we have made any changes. 15. Access, Correction, and Accountability

You or a person authorized on your behalf has the right to request to see and obtain a copy of your personal information and to request changes or corrections to inaccurate or incomplete information.
